Welcome to SSoundWorks (Sadrach SoundWorks). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility — Strict 13+ Policy

SSoundWorks is a strict 13+ platform. The minimum age to create or use an account is 13 years old, in line with COPPA and applicable international standards for social platforms.

Children under 13 are not allowed to create or use an account on SSoundWorks under any circumstances. Parental or guardian consent does not override this rule. If an account is identified as belonging to a child under 13, it will be deactivated and deleted, and the email/phone may be blocked from future signups.

Teens 13–17 may use SSoundWorks as listeners and uploaders. Teen accounts default to private/protected settings (restricted direct messages, limited recommendations, reduced discoverability) consistent with industry-standard protections for minors on social platforms.

To monetize content, participate in the Creator Program, or withdraw earnings, you must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction). Users between 13 and 18 may use the platform as listeners and uploaders, but revenue features require a parent or legal guardian to complete the account setup, identity verification and tax documentation on their behalf.

Providing false age information to bypass our 13+ requirement is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination.

Community help: No automated system is 100% foolproof. We rely on creators, listeners, parents and the wider community to help us identify accounts that may belong to a child under 13. If you suspect an underage account, please report it via the in-app Report button or email trust@ssoundworks.com (copy privacy@ssoundworks.com). Reports are confidential.

2. Your Account

• You are responsible for your credentials and all activity on your account.
• One person, one account. No impersonation.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. User Content

You keep ownership of the music, images, videos and text you upload ("Content"). You grant SSoundWorks a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, stream, display and promote your Content within the service.

You declare that you own or have all rights necessary to publish your Content, including any samples, vocals or AI-generated material used.

4. Prohibited Conduct

• Illegal, hateful, violent, sexually explicit content involving minors, or content that infringes third-party rights.
• Spam, fake engagement, automated scraping or reverse engineering.
• Harassment, threats or doxxing of other users.
• Circumventing payments, taxes or in-app purchase rules.

5. Coins, Gifts & Subscriptions

• Coins are a virtual item with no monetary value and are non-refundable except when required by law.
• Coins are credited automatically once payment is confirmed.
• Gifts sent to creators cannot be reversed.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• When SSoundWorks is distributed through a third-party app marketplace, digital purchases made inside that marketplace may also be subject to the marketplace's own purchase terms.

6. Creator Earnings

Creators receive a share of net revenue from gifts and subscriptions, as published in the app. Payouts are made through our payment partners, subject to minimum thresholds, identity verification and applicable taxes withheld.

7. Intellectual Property

SSoundWorks, Sadrach SoundWorks and the SSW logo are trademarks of Sadrach SoundWorks. You may not use them without written permission.

8. Copyright (DMCA)

To report copyright infringement, send a DMCA notice to copyright@ssoundworks.com including the work infringed, the URL, your contact info and a good-faith statement. Repeat infringers will be terminated.

9. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, SSoundWorks is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the competent federal courts of the United States.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
